EA Sports have released 11 new Man of the Match cards for FIFA 18 Ultimate Team

EA Sports have released 11 new Man of the Match cards for FIFA 18 Ultimate Team and some of them are ridiculous.

The two players that catch the eye straight away are Thomas Muller and Kylian Mbappe. Muller isn't always the best on FIFA because his lack of pace but his new MotM bumps that stat up to 82. Plus with 99 positioning and reactions, he's always going to pop up and score goals.

Mbappe doesn't have that issue, the young Frenchman has taken the world by storm and he'll do the same to the FUT Divisions if he's in your team.

His new orange card is 87 rated and is packed with exciting stats. His 94 pace, 91 dribbling, 87 shooting and 85 passing make for either exciting or terrifying reading depending on whether he's on your team or not.

He also has some amazing hidden stats including 94 finishing, 89 short passing and 88 stamina. Many young players tends to suffer from a lack of stamina but Mbappe will still be steaming forward in the dying moments of the game.

And while we've covered the big names, there are a few other cards that are more than worth taking a look at. If you like to not only beat your opponent but embarrass them with a flurry of skill moves, you need to take a look at Shakhtar Donetsk winger Marlos.

The five-star skiller has a new 87-rated card with excellent stats: 88 pace, 91 dribbling, 86 shooting and 90 passing. It sometimes can be hard to find a card that has both style and substance but Marlos has both in spades - he has the end product to finish off your excellent skill runs.

There's also Frankfurt goalkeeper, Lukas Hradecky who has gone under the radar as one of the most promising goalkeepers in the world. The man from Finland has a new 86-rated card with 86 diving, 90 reflexes, 85 handling and 85 positioning.

And finally, an honourable mention to Motherwell who have received their first special card on FIFA 18 as Curtis Main was given a MotM card after scoring twice against Aberdeen to send his team through to the Scottish Cup final.
