How to Get Chrono Rod in Deep Fishing: Sand Key & Temple Maze

In Roblox Deep Fishing, players can work toward the Chrono Rod by entering Dunehaven's desert temple, navigating its maze and completing the fish-offering puzzle. The supplied in-game screenshot shows these rod stats:

How to Unlock the Chrono Rod

01. Get the Sand Key in Dunehaven

Head to Dunehaven (Level 15) and fish for a Sand Key. The player-submitted guide lists it as the requirement for entering the desert temple maze.

02. Follow the Maze Arrows

Inside the temple, follow the red wall arrows. When you reach a section without arrows, stay along the right-hand wall until another marker appears.

03. Collect the Four Required Fish

Bring Plesiosaur, Megalodon, Duneworm Colossus and Duskfang Scorpion for the four offerings. The rarity labels and odds below appear in the supplied fish-card screenshots, rather than an official drop-rate table.

04. Place the Fish in the Temple Slots

05. Reach the Final Chamber

The submitted walkthrough reports a final payment of 2.5T in-game coins at the end of the maze. This amount has not been independently confirmed, so check the requirement in your own game session before farming that many coins.

A Tip Before Entering

If you haven't collected every fish yet, the supplied player guide suggests temporarily keeping your catches in The Pond (Level 5), then retrieving all four when you are ready. Check that this storage method still works in the current update.
