Information We Collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with LOLGA.COM. It may include:

Information you provide

  • Account name, email address, contact details and login-related identifiers.
  • Order details such as products, quantities, prices, order status and transaction identifiers.
  • Game usernames, character names, server or trading information needed to fulfill a specific order.
  • Billing or contact details provided during checkout, where applicable.
  • Support messages, feedback, reviews and other information you choose to submit.

Payment-related information

Payments may be handled by independent third-party payment providers. We may receive payment status, transaction references and limited payment-method information needed for order processing, fraud prevention and records. Card data submitted directly to a payment provider is also subject to that provider's policies. The exact fields handled by LOLGA versus its processors depend on the checkout integration.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language and approximate location.
  • Pages visited, referrals, timestamps, site interactions and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies, session identifiers and similar technologies used for the shopping cart, account sessions, security, preferences, analytics and advertising measurement.
03

How We Use Your Information

We use information for purposes related to the services you request and the operation of our store, including:

  • Managing accounts, processing payments and fulfilling orders.
  • Communicating about an order, delivery, customer support or service notices.
  • Protecting accounts, detecting fraud and investigating potential abuse.
  • Remembering shopping cart contents, language, currency and site preferences.
  • Troubleshooting, maintaining and improving website performance and customer experience.
  • Analyzing website activity and measuring advertising effectiveness.
  • Keeping financial and operational records and meeting applicable legal obligations.
  • Sending promotional communications where permitted, subject to your ability to opt out.

Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, processing may rely on contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests assessed under applicable law, or consent when required. The basis depends on the purpose and jurisdiction.

04

Payment Providers & Information Sharing

We may disclose relevant information to providers involved in order fulfillment and business operations. These may include payment processors, fraud-prevention partners, hosting and IT providers, customer-support systems, analytics and advertising services, communications providers, and professional advisers.

We may also disclose information in response to valid legal requests or to protect rights, users and systems, or in connection with a lawful change in business ownership, subject to applicable law.

Our currently published Privacy Policy states that LOLGA does not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Advertising-related disclosures and any legally defined “sharing” of personal information must be assessed separately under applicable privacy laws.

For store transactions, see Terms of Use, Returns & Refunds and Delivery Terms.

05

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

LOLGA.COM may use cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technologies for account login, shopping carts, security, language and currency preferences, traffic analytics and advertising measurement.

These technologies may be set by LOLGA or by analytics, security, advertising and other service providers. Such providers may receive device data, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and website-interaction data, subject to their own privacy practices and applicable legal requirements.

You can generally block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout, login or shopping cart functions from working properly. Where required by law, non-essential technologies should be controlled through an appropriate consent or preference mechanism.

Data obtained from an authenticated Google API connection is treated separately under Section 6 below, and is not equivalent to ordinary website analytics or advertising cookies.

06

Google API Services & Google User Data

LOLGA's currently published policy describes internal advertising-management and analytics tools that may use Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads API. This section applies to the authorized application and any Google user data accessed through it, rather than to every visitor simply browsing the store.

6.1 Access and authorization

Access to Google data occurs after a Google account holder grants the requested permissions. The authorized account's access scope determines the Google Ads information available to the application.

As described in the currently published policy, the Google Ads integration does not access unrelated services such as Gmail, Google Drive or Google Contacts unless access is separately requested, clearly disclosed and explicitly authorized.

6.2 Categories of Google Ads data

Depending on permissions, this may include customer account IDs, campaign and ad group data, ads, keywords, targeting settings, budgets, costs, impressions, clicks, conversions and reporting metrics.

6.3 How Google data is used

For authorized advertising management, reporting, performance analysis, campaign monitoring and optimization, including metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and CPC, and maintaining historical campaign reports.

6.4 Storage, access and security

Where needed for those functions, LOLGA may store account identifiers, campaign settings, performance metrics and historical reporting information. Access is restricted to authorized staff and systems for legitimate operational purposes, with reasonable access controls and security safeguards.

6.5 Sharing and prohibited uses

Our published policy states that Google user data is not sold or transferred for data brokerage, unrelated advertising resale, credit evaluation, unrelated third-party profiling or training general-purpose AI models. Limited disclosures may occur to service providers operating the application or where required for legal, security or authorized-functionality purposes, with applicable safeguards.

6.6 Retention, deletion and revoking access

Google user data is retained only as reasonably required for authorized functions, records, troubleshooting, security or legal obligations. Authorized users may request deletion using the Contact Us page and may revoke application access through their Google Account security and connected-app settings. Revocation stops future authorized API requests but does not by itself erase information already retained where legally permitted.

6.7 Google API Services User Data Policy

LOLGA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API data is used for the functionality the authorized user requested and which this policy describes.

07

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse. Depending on the system, these may include HTTPS/TLS transmission protection, access controls, authentication, restricted administration, logging and monitoring.

No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please use appropriate account safeguards and contact support if you suspect unauthorized activity.

08

How Long We Keep Data

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including completing orders, providing support, maintaining financial records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods depend on data category and applicable law.

When personal information is no longer needed and no continuing legal requirement applies, we may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it. Please contact us if you need information about retention as it applies to a particular type of data.

09

Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, receive portable data or opt out of certain forms of marketing or data sharing.

To submit a request, contact [email protected] or visit Contact Us. We may need to verify your request before acting and may retain information where legally required.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in an eligible message. Necessary order and account notices may still be sent after a marketing opt-out.

10

International Processing

LOLGA serves customers in multiple regions. Information may be stored or processed outside the country where you live, including by third-party service providers. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for international transfers, we seek to apply the relevant protections.

11

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended to knowingly collect children's personal information in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted information without the necessary consent, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take steps required by law.

12

Links to Third-Party Services

Our site may link to game platforms, payment services, social media sites or other external websites. Independent third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before submitting information to them.

13

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as our services, data processing or legal obligations change. When an update is published, we will update the “Last Updated” date. We may provide additional notice for material changes where required by law.
