Rocket Pass 3 and Esports Shop Update Appears Later This Month

Psyonix, the developer and publisher of Rocket League, shared some annoucements on April 3, 2019, which contains the release date of Rocket Pass 3 and new Esports Shop. To be specific, the Esports Shop Update will be expected to go live on April 16 (pending first-party certification), and Rocket Pass 3 will kick off one day after that on April 17. 

According to the official website of Rocket League, the new Esports Shop, which will open for business on April 16, features items representing various teams from the Rocket League Esports ecosystem. More information including items, look and more will be revealed by Psyonix this week.

Moreover, Rocket Pass 3, which will go live on April 17, will introduce the Challenge System. More information about the Challenge System will be disclosed this week. The Replay FX, a brand new toolset which features visual editing options for match replays, makes changing the depth of field, altering backgrounds, adding green screen effects, color adjustment and more post-processing effects available for players. According to Psyonix, the Replay FX is still in a beta phase, but the entire control suite will be available when the update goes live. It also contains HDR Support, Monstercat Flags and more in this update.
